Bonarda Amabile Sparkling Volpe di Bacco
Vinification of grapes before fermentation in contact with the skins for 36-48 hours. Separation of the skins and fermentation at a low temperature until it reaches 5-6 degrees. Second fermentation in autoclave for froth until of 2.5 atmospheres.
The entire process takes place at low temperatures.
Ideal with international cuisine, given its versatile taste. Perfect with many pasta dishes and different kinds of meats

Walking through our vineyards, we can see the whole of Val Tidone. Established over a century ago, we grow some of the most renowned grapes in the tradition of wine growing: the first step in a production process which we follow closely, from the grapes

The journey continues in Val D’Arda, where our wine cellar can be found and from which we can embrace all the land we are proud to represent… and support. Alongside our grapes, there are also those brought to us by almost 150 local winemakers, to whom we give agronomic advice. Our wines are varied as a result of the different characteristics of the land, which is naturally adapted to winemaking. Our vines are autochthonous, producing unique wines such as Ortrugo, Malvasia, Bonarda and Gutturnio.
