1) Q: What’s the difference between the sleeve and ball bearing fan?
A: The ball bearing brand we use NSK bearing which imported from Japan.
The warranty for ball bearing fan is 30,000 hours. sleeve bearing 10,000 hours.
Ball bearing lifetime 5-8 years,sleeve bearing 2-3 years lifetime.
Ball bearing fan noise level won’t change for a long time term,but sleeve bearing fan noise level will grown as time goes on.Sleeve bearing is cheaper than ball bearing fans.
2) Q: What is your smallest and biggest fan size of DC series?
A: For DC Series, our smallest fan size is 25*25*07mm, and our biggest fan size is 172*150*51mm.
3) Q: What kind of function can we choose for fan?
A: We have following function for your choice :Auto-restart ,Speed detection,Stppage Alarm,Waterproof(IP55-IP68 optional), PWM function ,Temperature control etc.
4) Q: How long can your wire length be ?
A: The wire length and terminal could be customized as your request. We just need the picture/drawing of connector and rank of wires for confirm.(Default wire length is 200mm)
5) Q:What is the minimum order?
A: Ball bearing MOQ:200PCS, Sleeve bearing MOQ:500PCS
But we also accept sample order in order to help you develop local market.
6) Q:What payment methods your company accept?
A: We accept most of the payment methods,but mainly accept T/T,L/C,Western Union and MoneyGram.
7) Q:How long is the warranty time for your products?
A:Our officially promised warranty time is one whole year after delivery at best.
