The fruits of this land, not only represent the basis of the cuisine offered within the Resort, but also have given rise to a line of products under the Palazzo di Varignana brand. The brand includes five types of excellent Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Sangiovese Superiore DOC, first of a vast selection, jams, fruit juices, saffron pistils and salts flavoured with medicinal herbs. All autochthonous and farm-to-table products, healthy and natural, which come from innovative cultivation techniques, but wisely combined with artisanal experience.
