The "Le Cantinacce" farm is located in the heart of Chianti, immersed in the beautiful hills of Tuscany, in the municipality of Barberino Val D'Elsa halfway between Florence and Siena, at an altitude of 400 m. above sea level. The morphology of the land, the organoleptic properties and the hilly position make the Chianti area one of the most renowned internationally for the production of wine and oil.
The company covers about 12 hectares, 6 of which are specialized vineyards with optimal south-west exposure on particularly suitable land; the vines planted are Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Colorino with a small percentage of Cabernet and Merlot.
A very important product is Il DiWine, a modern and international because it is based on Chianti wine, always entirely and rigorously produced in its own right as today, originally produced by the family, was successful both before meals as an aperitif, already per hour mixed with tonic, sparkling water, or sparkling wine (a little witty - sparkling) or as a dessert wine served cold.
