It is a very cost-effective manufacturing solution suited for smaller batch production. Now, with the benefit of a brand new PLC operating system and selected upgrades from Molins' latest cigarette making machine technology, the New MK9 Classic Combination has entered a new era of increased reliability, easier maintenance and higher efficiency.

MK9 Classic Combination is available with a wide range of options to tailor cigarette manufacture including, slims, super slims, oval or kretek cigarettes, and as a plain maker.

Orchid Tobacco Dubai leverages the ability of a classy range of tobacco blends to manufacture cigarettes. We produce a number of house brands, private label international brands (contract basis) in an assortment of sizes, style and blends with an excellent filling value and a good-cut quality.

Cigarettes ranging from regular and filter sizes from 84mm to 100mm are manufactured at more than Fifty thousand square feet (50,000 Sq. Ft.) facility. Orchid Tobacco Dubai has adopted operation procedures confirmed to international standards. Efficient primary and secondary capacities produce Standard 84mm King Size (Hard & Soft), Round Corner, 84mm-100mm Slims, Superslims, Nano & 100mm Cigarillos.
