TN standard cylinder made in China
Thin and light: under the condition of maintaining the existing action accuracy and product service life, the total length is only 1 / 2-1 / 3 of the general cylinder. To play a thin and light feature; Easy to install: use embedded installation method, no need for any accessories to meet the requirements of space saving; Maintainability: simple assembly method is adopted for design, which is convenient for installation, disassembly and maintenance; Magnetic control simplicity: the assembly slot is reserved around the body, which makes the magnetic switch very simple when it is installed, fixed and adjusted; High precision no impact sound: the inner extension of the front cover is adopted to increase the guide and improve the accuracy. Rubber buffer is placed in front and back to eliminate the sound of the end cover before and after the piston collision.
FEATURES AT A GLANCE
① Single acting cylinder: there is only a piston rod at one end, which supplies air from one side of the piston to gather energy to generate air pressure. The air pressure pushes the piston to generate thrust, extends and returns by spring or self weight.
② Double acting cylinder: supply air alternately from both sides of the piston and output force in one or two directions.
③ Diaphragm cylinder: replace the piston with diaphragm, output force in only one direction and return with spring. It has good sealing performance, but short stroke.
④ Impact cylinder: This is a new component. It converts the pressure energy of the compressed gas into the kinetic energy of the high-speed (10 ~ 20 m / s) movement of the piston to do work.
⑤ Rodless cylinder: the general term for a cylinder without a piston rod. There are two categories: magnetic cylinder and cable cylinder.
