The machine is suitable for the production of electric motorcycle tires, tires and bias tires, suitable for nitrogen gas or steam curing process.

The machine control system adopts PLC programmable controller as the realtime control core, the industrial computer as the manmachine operation interface, can realize vulcanization process parameter Settings, vulcanization realtime parameters collection, preservation, alarm and history straight query, etc., with Ethernet interface, support the vulcanizing machine cluster network.
