1000L beer manufacturing plant configuration:

1000l beer manufacturing plant is usually mainly equipped with (300-500)kg/hr miller, 1000l brewhouse system,1000L or 2000l fermentation tank, 1000L or 2000L brite beer tank, filtration unit, glycol cooling unit,controlling system and CIP cart unit.

How to choose the suitable fermenter?

Brewing one batch beer will need around 6-8 hours. 

Do you want to brew one batch or two batch per day?

Let's still take 1000L brewhouse as example.

If you want to brew two batches per day, the double size fermenter(2000L, Φ1560mmx3100mm) is recommended.
