Tiantai 1000 Gallon Stainless Steel Wine Fermentation Tank is commonly used for winery, micro wineries, commercial wineries. It can be also used as storage tank for finished wine.
Tiantai 1000 gal. Wine Fermenters are jacketed with dimple cooling jackets, which can be precisely cooled by the automatic temperature controller. They are well welded and have integrated turbulent baffles that eliminate temperature channeling of the glycol fluid, which increase efficiency while reducing operating and maintenance costs. Every glycol cooling jacket of the 1000 gallons wine fermentation tank is tested at a pressure of 0.5 Mpa for 1 hour and 0.35 Mpa for 48hours.
