A1: All our products come with a standard one year warranty on vulnerable parts. As well, we will provide 2% quantity Vulnerable parts along with the container.

Q2: What is your payment terms?
A2: T/T (30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment)

Q3: What is your MOQ?
A3: Trial order could be acceptable.For the normal order, the quantity is not less than 200pcs.

Q6:How long is your lead time (What is your delivery time) ?
Usually we can arrange shipping within 7-15 days for small quantity, and about 30 days for large quantity order. If some items in stock could be shipping in 48 hours.

Q7: Do you offer samples available? 
A7: Yes, we can provide sample, but the cost of the sample is paid by the customer, if you are satisfied and have the next mass production order, we can return the cost of the sample.
