Products Description
The electric furnace series mainly include: electric arc furnace transformer, ladle furnace transformer, electroslag furnace transformer, submerged arc furnace (ferroalloys furnace, calcium carbide furnace, phosphorus furnace) used transformer, power frequency induction furnace transformer and other AC furnace used transformers. The electric furnace transformer is a power transformer which is used in industrial electric furnace for smelting. It is designed according to different electric furnaces’ load characteristics and operation features.
Product Features
▶ Iron core are of high quality cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheet. With shear slitting line and cross-cut line molding, the shearing burr of iron core is small. The iron core is stacked with miter joints and multi-level stepping process, which can effectively guarantee quite low no-load, low load loss, low no-load current and low noise of the product.
▶ The coils are wrapped in paper with high-purity, semi-hard, and oxygen-free copper flat wire wound coils and the turn insulations are made of high-quality insulation board, which effectively raise the capacity of coil resistance to sudden short-circuit. Inner coils are directly wiring on the insulation cylinder and all coils use both inside and outside stays. All stays and pads are chamfered. Electric field is uniform and reliability is strengthened. Coil assembly using synchronous jacking system, effectively control the axial size of the coil, ensure axial clamping force of the coil and effectively reduce the conductor loss.
▶ The type of oil tank is folded plate and flat-topped oil tank and the tank walls is using wide steel plate, which can reduce the welded seams, make the transformer looks simple and good, and improve the mechanical strength of the transformer. The oil tank can withstand the standard requirements of the positive pressure and pass the mechanical strength test of the vacuum degree.
▶ Low loss, low noise, low temperature rise, high reliability, free hanging core and no leakage.
▶ The furnace transformer is mainly used in steel smelting, copper smelting, calcium carbide making, ferroalloy making, silicon making, pig iron making, etc.
