Test lab
Our company has advanced technological technique for manufacturing power Semiconductor modules and sophisticated equipment, Such as full automatic ulfrosonic wire bonder, Chain funnel furnace, vacuum braging furnace etc, and has a complete testing methods to test thermal resistnce, Various dynamic and Static electrical parameters of modules.
Our company also has a reliability laboratory to carry out the High/Low Temperature Cycle Test, High Temperature Reverse Bias Test, Constant Temperature and Humidity Test and High Temperature Storage Life Test etc,Futhermore, We have a complete set of mechanical processing equipment used for manufacturing components of power semiconductor modules and an injection machine for producing module shell.
