Working Principle&Processing
1.The material first goes into the inside drum, because there are the spiral shape boards fixed in the drum, when the dryer make rotary working, the spiral shape board will stir the material and make the material do movement.
2.When the material reaches the right side of the drum, it will go into the second drum for further drying.
3.The same working principle, the material then goes into outside drum, during the drying working process, the material will make three times drying, so the material can be dried completely in this process.
Product Features
1. The sand dryer has strong anti-overload ability, large processing capacity, low fuel consumption and low drying cost;
2. The downstream drying method is adopted, the flue gas and the wet material enter the dryer from the same side, and the high temperature flue gas can be used to obtain high evaporation intensity, the outlet temperature of the dryer is low, and the thermal efficiency is high;
3. The operating parameters can be changed according to different material properties, so that the material can form a stable full-break fabric curtain in the dryer cylinder, and the mass and heat exchange is more sufficient;
4. The new feeding and discharging device eliminates the jamming, discontinuity, unevenness and return of the drum dryer feeding, and reduces the load of the dust removal system;
5. The new internal structure strengthens the cleaning and heat conduction of dispersed materials, eliminates the sticking phenomenon of the inner wall of the cylinder, and is more adaptable to the moisture and viscosity of the material;
6. The industrial dryer realizes "zero horizontal thrust", which greatly reduces the wear of the retaining wheel, and the cylinder runs smoothly and reliably;
7. The sawdust dryer adopts the "adjustable supporting roller device", so that the matching of the supporting roller and the rolling ring is always in linear contact, thereby greatly reducing wear and power loss;
8. The product particle size and moisture can be controlled according to user requirements. When drying slime, the product moisture can reach below 8%, and the particle size can be controlled below 8mm.
