Company Workshop:

  Chienyeh has introduced advanced equipment from home and abroad, including Toshiba injection module machines from Japan, 1out of 10 bottle blowing machines,fully-automatic capping machines, pressing cap equipment, six rolling production lines, high speed printers, high speed compound machines,high speed dividing and cutting machines,high speed bag making machines,etc.All equipment installations and layouts are very reasonable and standardized,which can effectively avoid the risk of goods’ messing up.All the production processes are carried out in grade D clean areas, which can effectively ensure the hygienic property.

Production Management:

Chienyeh has obtained the registration certificates issued by China Food and Drug Administration for manufacturing of PVC Rigid Films,PET bottles, HDPE bottles,Polypropylene bottles,Polypropylene pre-filled delivery tubes and food grade and pharmaceutical grade composite films and bags for liquid and solid packaging.The main production processes are carried out grade D clean workshops,To ensure customers’ satisfactions and continual improvement on the quality of our products,Chienyeh strictly has based on the “direct contacts with drugs packaging materials and container management” with relevant provisions of the production and management organizations and the company has prepared a complete range of products and technology order status operation,clean workshops management systems,access to clean workshop notes,equipment.
