Q: Do you have MOQ?
A: No, if you need our product without customized printing, there is no MOQ at all.
Q: What is the lead time?
A: It usually take 3~15 days to finish your order. If you need customized paper core and cartons with your logo, we may need extra 10 days.
Q: Is the sample free?
A: Yes, the sample is free, but we need you pay express charges. The express charge will be collected if you have courier account. If you don’t have courier account, we will choose a cheap express method for you. The express charges shall be deducted when you place an order. If you have shipping agent in China, we will undertake domestic shipping charges to your agent.
Q: Can I ask for customized carton?
A: Yes, we accept customized carton, both in size and logos. Please send us your design and tell us how many rolls in a carton. We will send you a drawing before producing cartons.
Q: What kind of payment terms you accept?
A: We accept L/C, T/T, Alibaba, Western Union, PayPal, etc.
