1. Are you a manufacturer or a distributor?

We've stood in the field of carbide tools for 11 years as a mature manufacturer with our own plant and production line from mixing of raw material to finishing. We are proud of our capacity of continuously supplying parts of steady quality and professional service to clients across the sea.

2. What is the lead time?

  • Lead time of  parts of standard type (don't need new production mold) could be 7-15 days. We may demand 20-30 days according to the quantity of order for customized parts.

3.Are samples given for free or not?

We always offer free samples weighing less than 3kg. As a step of building mutual trust, hopefully the freight note will be paid off by your side.

4. What is the term of payment ?

Regarding a order of total amount less than 100USD, we require 100% of payment in advance. As to total amount exceeding 100USD, we sugget our clients anteing up 30% T/T then balancing before shippment.
