Product Description | Acid protease, also known as 537 protease, is a biological enzyme preparation refined by modern biotechnology after cultivation and fermentation of Aspergillus niger, containing exonuclease and endonuclease. It can hydrolyze proteins into amino acids and peptides under acidic pH conditions. |
USE | 1. Liquor and beer industry: Industrial-grade acid protease is mainly used in the production of alcohol and liquor from starchy raw materials such as corn, sorghum and rye. It is applied to alcohol fermentation to increase the yield of 0.3-0.5 wines, and can shorten the fermentation cycle and reduce energy consumption. In beer production, it can effectively block the formation of diacetyl and shorten the beer maturity period. Recommended dosage: corn is used to produce alcohol. The dosage is 10-16 activity units per gram of raw material, for example: 14 units per gram of raw material, that is, 280g of acid protease dosage of 50,000 units per ton of raw material. The recommended dosage for beer processing is 5 vitality units per gram of raw materials. The actual addition amount depends on the raw materials and specific process conditions. 2. Food industry: Food grade acid protease is used as a food additive for starch improver, used in the production of bread, cakes, sausages, etc., can improve the flavor and quality of food; used in the production of soy sauce, increase the amino acid content; recommended dosage: it is recommended to add 5 per gram of raw materials -l0U, it is recommended to add 25U per gram of raw materials in soy sauce brewing. 3. Feed additives: In the feed grade acid protease, after the feed is eaten by the animal, the protein is hydrolyzed into peptides and amino acids in the stomach to promote digestion and absorption, and improve the utilization rate of feed and feed return. Recommended dosage: 60-200g per ton of compound feed (calculated as 50000U/g), or as appropriate according to the feed formula. 4. Fur softening: The acid protease can make the leather soft and firm, and can also increase the luster of the fur, increase the coloring rate, feel fuller, and increase the luster of the fur, thereby improving the quality of the fur and increasing the yield of the product. Recommended dosage: the initial addition amount is one millionth of the mash. First dissolve the acid protease in warm water at 35-40°C according to 1:20, soak and activate for 1 hour, stirring once every 15 minutes during this period. |

Storage | Store in moisture-proof, light-proof, sealed, low temperature (0-10℃), storage period is 18 months. Enzymes have a certain loss of enzyme activity during storage.
