There are three types of steel prefab chicken house:
A: Open type prefab chicken house: More economical design, low cost, save energy source, but it couldn't control the temperature very well.
B: Half open prefab chicken house: You could use the curtain to control the inside climate of the house, but this type of prefab chicken house can not be used in cold area.
C: Enclosed prefab chicken house: it is easy to control the temperature and the humidity and lighting time, which make chicken grow more faster, but it is not cost effective.
Design for steel prefab chicken house:
Generally the width of prefab chicken house is from 12 meters to 22 meters, the economically width is not more than 16m, the length is less than 150m, height is 2.2m-2.5m ( for free range) or 2.5m-4.5m( in A type cage or H type cage).
Usually the prefab chicken house size of 10,000 broilers is 60m*12m, it is 137m*16m for 40,000 broilers.
The main materials of prefab chicken house:
It has 5 production line of H section steel with 20,000 T annual production, 2 production lines of C&Z section steel with 25,000T annual production, yearly production exceeds 2 milllion meters corrugated steel sheet and sandwich panel with 5 production lines.
Packing&Transport :
Main steel frame without packing load in 40'OT or 40'HQ, roof and wall sandwich panel load in 40'HQ, roof&wall corrugated steel
sheet load in 40'OT.
