Vanadium Nitride Alloy is a new alloy additive which can replace ferro vanadiumcNiV can improve the mechanical properties of steel such as strength, toughness, ductility and thermal fatigue resistance,and make the steel have good weldability.

Production:

After grinding the vanadium pentoxide and adding iron powder, carbon powder and binder together, then made into balls.Then put the balls into the horizontal push plate kiln,push nitrogen in the push plate kiln,and keep the micro positive pressure in the kiln,make Carbonization and nitriding reaction of balls in the kiln.

The carbonization reaction temperature is 1350-1500 degrees , the reaction time is 2-3.5 hours, the nitridation reaction temperature is 1000-1150 degrees , the reaction time is 5-1.5 hours,gradually cooled to below 100 degrees,and then make the balls out of the kiln.
