1.The high temperature zone adopts progressive control valve, and the clinker is cooled rapidly, the clinker distributes evenly, and the clinker layer is partially fluidized.
2.Labyrinth horizontal section with grate plate and reliable sealing technology, high-temperature fixed section with heat-resistant steel casting grate plate.
3.The four-bar driving mechanism for shuttle movement of grate plate is the unique technology of the cooler,and is a major reform of the clinker conveying mode of the traditional grate cooler. The relative motion between each row of grate plates and grate plates is beneficial to ensure that the sealing between grate
plates does not leak and the sealing between side grate plates and shell does not leak, thus improving the sealing effect, reducing wear and prolonging the service life of grate plates.
4.There is no need to equip the ash bucket or zipper for conveying clinker. The tail of the cooler is equipped with water spraying device to reduce the superheated exhaust gas temperature and protect the dust collector at the kiln head. The lubricating points of the main body of the cooling machine are lubricated by the centralized lubrication device of the dry oil station.
