Production process of sea cucumber drying machine
1. Cleaning: The sea cucumbers salvaged should be chopped in time, and all internal organs of sea cucumbers should be taken out and cleaned.
2. High temperature blanching: In order to remove the heavy metal substances in fresh sea cucumbers, the sea cucumbers after cleaning need to be blanched at high temperature. In order to fully retain the nutrients in sea cucumbers during blanching, the temperature should be controlled at 65-70 degrees Celsius for no longer than 6 minutes
3. Drying: Low temperature cold air drying of sea cucumber: Sea cucumber is best to use low temperature cold air drying. The temperature range of the equipment can be adjusted between 8-35 degrees. The drying process takes about 50 hours to complete a batch. About 13%.
