Applicable scope:

. Tedlar®PVF Gas Sampling Bag is made of polyvinyl fluoride (PVF) film produced by Dupont USA, film thickness is about 0.05 mm. Our
PVF gas sampling bags are made of 2mil DuPont's Tedlar® film. In the late 1970s SKC USA used Tedlar film to make gas sampling bags
for the first time, Tedlar® PVF is strong, durable, and considered chemically inert to a wide range of compounds. Tedlar gas
sampling bag can be used in high precision PPM level analysis sampling, can sample and save all kinds of corrosive gas and liquid
samples, the heat-resistance temperature of Tedlar is 150℃～170℃. For over 30 years, the SKC USA constantly promoted Tedlar to make
users all around the world generally accepted Tedlar gas sampling bags and approved by USA EPA. At present Tedlar gas sampling
bags are also recommended in domestic.
In recent years, country environmental regulations are increasingly strict, detection business of testing institutions detecting

FEP gas sample bag
Teflon®FEP Gas Sampling Bag is made of Polyperfluorinated Ethylene Propylene (F46), film thickness is about 0.07 mm (called Teflon
FEP by DUPONT USA). FEP film is the most chemically resistant film in the fluoropolymer family, low adsorption. The melting
temperature of FEP film is 260℃, so the difficulty of sealing for FEP is far greater than PVF(Tedlar) and PVDF(Kynar), in 2003 our
company successfully solved the problem of FEP film’s difficulty to heat sealing, for the first time in our country with FEP film
made of gas sampling bags, sealing evenly flat, shrink small, high strength.
Teflon®FEP is one of the most chemically inert materials for making gas sampling bags, it works well in extreme temperatures
ranging from –400° to 400°F, allowing it to be used in most stack sampling conditions. 5 mil FEP film is completely resistant to

Fluode Gas Sampling Bags
Fluode polyfluo-film is developed by our company Dalian Hede technologies for gas sampling bags. The materials of making Fluode
polyfluo film are supplied by a renowned fluoroproducts manuafacturer. Fluode is a kind of unique polyfluoro-film with excellent
chemical stability and superb physical property. The aggregate form of fluorine atoms in Fluode polymer is similar to that of
polyvinyl fluoride such as Tedlar,elasticity modulus and stiffiness is also close to PVF,but elongation at break increase,which
