Tavol Brand Euro Design 10 tons Double Girder Overhead Crane for Textile Mills
There are two girder beams that make up the bridge, and they are supported by an end truck on each side. The electric hoist trolley run on a rail installed above the bridge girders.
Double girder crane is recommended for heavier-duty applications where the crane has to handle heavier capacities and longer spans. It is used for either manufacturing or maintenance applications. Almost all paper mills use overhead crane for regular maintenance needing removal of heavy press rolls and other equipment.

Project Story
August 20th, 2020 our Bangladesh client finished the installation and commissioning of 10 tons double girder overhead crane and they shared the pictures with us.
This 10 tons double girder overhead crane is for Textile Mills and we give client Euro design to meet frequent working condition. Its work duty is A5. Lifting, cross travelling and long travelling are controlled by inverters to get fast and slow speed. There is almost no noise when the overhead crane is working, but we give warning alarm with light and horn to remind the workers that the machine is being operated.
