Introduction to circuit principle

U1: CD4060 is a 14-stage divide-by-two counter with oscillator. R14, R15, RP1, C1 and UT's 9, 10, and 11-pin internal circuits form an oscillator. The oscillation frequency can be adjusted by RP1. At the beginning of power-on, the timing clock generator is first reset by the capacitance of U1-1 pin 2 and each output stage is low. As the oscillator oscillates, Q4-Q1 4 of output U1 progressively outputs in binary form The three groups of light-emitting tubes also turn on and off with the change of the high and low levels of the output terminals. When a certain end outputs a high level, the corresponding group of light-emitting tubes are off, and when the output is low, the corresponding group of light-emitting tubes is on. Transistors Q1, Q2, and Q3 play a driving role, and D1, D2, D3 play a cyclic reset role. Reset when Q5 points Q6 and Q7 of U1 are both high level. 1. 1. For convenience, start with low-element installation. If there is a short-circuit jumper, please install the short-circuit jumper first, and then install the resistor, triode, and capacitor potentiometer. Don't press down forcibly if you cannot fully insert it, it may damage the components. The correct way is to process the pin shape of the component with a tool in advance to ensure that the component can be inserted on the circuit board smoothly and unimpeded. ) 3. After the component is inserted on the circuit board, it will turn over the circuit board during welding. In order to prevent the component from falling due to gravity, the root of the component on the welding surface can be bent to an angle of about 120 degrees. If the angle is too small, it will not be able to prevent the component from falling off. If the angle is too large, it will cause inconvenience to the feet of the shearing component after welding and affect the appearance. 4. The soldering time of the electric soldering iron should be controlled within 2-3 seconds), the soldering time is short when the soldering iron temperature is high, and the soldering time is long when the temperature is low, but it is not suitable for soldering when the soldering iron temperature is too high or too low, otherwise it is easy to damage the components or circuit board. 5. The electrolytic capacitor is divided into positive and negative electrodes, and the long lead side is the positive electrode. 6. Check each part carefully to see if there are solder joints or missing solders, solder joints, and solder joints with solder joints.
