A: We do not have a minimum order for TWH's existing products. For special specifications or customized products, there will be a
minimum order quantity of different standards.
Q: Is there any place of shipment other than Taiwan?
Answer: Yes, the head office is located in Taiwan, and there are also branches in Guangzhou, China. If customers have requirements to ship from Guangzhou, it is possible, but different delivery places will have different quotations. Hope customers can understand .
Q: Can you help customers build brands and packaging designs?
Answer: Yes, we can help customers customize the brand, but there is a minimum order quantity requirement. For different products, there will be different required quantity. Packaging design costs will be quoted separately.
Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: For existing products, the lead time is 3-7 working days. Customized products or standardized products, delivery time is 1.5-2 months. For products that require mold development, the lead time is 3-4 months.
