This wire stripping twisting and ferrule crimping machine, it is suitable for crimping a variety of loose tubular terminals onto cables, twisting function to prevent loose conductor when crimping, Not need change crimping dies for different size terminal.
Stripping, piercing terminals, crimping terminals are completed in 2.5 seconds, greatly improve efficiency; Applied for the tubular terminal from 0.3mm² to 4mm².
1. One machine suitable for crimping a variety of loose tubular terminals onto cables, Not need to change crimping dies for different size tubes.
2. Wire stripping twisting and crimping can be finished at one time. For Stranded Wire or very thin wires, this function can prevent the copper wire from standing upside down when entering the terminal.
3. LCD display, automatically adjusts stripping depth and length, very easy to operate.
4. Mute motor feeding, automatic supply terminal, terminal four-side crimping, no need to change crimping die, saving time and effort.
5. Easy replacement of reclaimer, only need to unscrew the screw (red circled part), you can replace the reclaiming clamp
6. Ferrule feeder, When the terminal is large, increase the vibration amplitude of the guide rail; when the terminal is small, decrease the vibration amplitude of the guide

4. How do we install and operate the machine?
Small Machine: The user can install and adjust the machine according to the Manual and video of how to install and set the machine. If you have any questions, please contact our technical support (Email: support at wireproauto.com) to provide online, video, and other support. If customers really need we can make exceptions on-site service (expense will be borne by customers).
Large full automatic machine: We will arrange engineers on-site installation, testing, and adjustment of equipment. Please check with us about the details.
