There are 3 layers in this TPU waterproof fabric.
The first layer is water repellent.
The middle one is basic fabric. It’s 68D polyester fabric with honeycomb ripstop with good tearing strength and tensile strength.
The bottom layer is TPU coating. It makes the fabric to be completely waterproof and airtight.

Step1) Raw material inspection. All the basic fabric will be checked by quality inspector before manufacturing.
Step2) TPU laminated. During the mass production, our workers would pay attention to the product quality control all the time.
Step3) Package. When the workers package the finished fabric , they inspect every meter of the mass production.
