> %15 Glass Filled PTFE products has have extremely good chemical resistance and enhanced creep resistance. They are also popular because have a very low coefficient of friction. They almost don't react at all when working in highly acidic environments and with strong chemicals. In addition, they are preferred as a very strong insulation material. %15 Glass Filled PTFE products can work without any deformation in the range of +270 / -250 degrees. They have improved mechanical strength and deformation under load compared to Virgin PTFE, but is lower than %40 Bronze Filled PTFE. The Glass ratio in the product can be changed upon request. We always have %20 Glass Filled PTFE and %25 Glass Filled PTFE in our stock. It can also be used with MoS2 alloy in applications requiring extra surface lubricity.
