Feature:
1. Large use area (800~1500 m2), strong wind resistance (level 12 typhoon), good heat preservation performance, strong sealing, stable and reliable, easy to operate, easy to maintain
2. The lifting mechanism of the flexible lift gate is equipped with two sets of hydraulic push rod brakes and a set of height limiters, and is equipped with upper and lower limit switches to ensure the safe use of the flexible gate.
3. The lifting mechanism is based on an AC motor with eddy current brake passing through a cylindrical gear reducer, driving an open gear, and driving a drum with parallel shafts to retract the lifting wire rope.
4. The shaft joint between the motor and the gear reducer and the other output shaft of the high speed shaft of the gear reducer are respectively equipped with hydraulic push rod brakes. Either brake can perform the braking of the brake, so that the gate can be raised and lowered safely and reliably.
5. The eddy current brake is used to adjust the lifting speed of the gate. A height limiter is installed on the shaft of the steel wire rope drum to limit its height limit position. The lifting mechanism is equipped with several sets of pulley blocks.
6. The inner and outer sides of the flexible lift gate are sealed with fabric (three-proof canvas or PVC fabric). The horizontal frame and the bottom frame adopt a truss structure and are made of spaced steel pipes. It can also be composed of aluminum alloy materials.
