III Function of machine:
1) Deep hole boring Machine accuracy
Pull boring , precision of hole diameter IT8-10.Surface roughness:Ra3.2
2) Machining efficiency of the machine
Feeding speed:depending on processing situation, usually between 40-200mm/min.
Max stock removal allowed when boring :depending on tool structure, material and workpiece , usually not more than 14 mm in diameter.
Composition of machine
1)Bed body :Featuring twin square guide ways, The width of guide way is 600mm. hardness HRC 48-52.
2)The boring box is fitted with a 50Kw spindle motor. There are 2 shifts with speed of 40-1000RPM. Speed is infinite in each shift. One shift 40-500RPM, another shift 500-1000RPM.
The boring box is made by HT300 iron.
3)Pressure head
Pressure head is fixed on machine bed by bolt.
There is boring tube sealing bush inside pressure head .
Workpiece sealed with pressure head by sealings.
4) Cooling system:
Cooling system include coolant supply device and coolant collecting device.
coolant supply device include cooling pump, oil tank and cleaning device.
Use three sets of 200l/min pump, with chip conveyor .
There is oil chiller .
5)Boring bar supporter:3 pieces, open type , this will be easier to change the Boring bar . lunette supports boring bar and control its moving direction and absorb its vibration.
6) Workpiece fixture
Has 4 workpiece fixture, diameter Φ 60-350mm, hydarulic clamp workpiece. As for the 4 workpiece fixture, 3 of them are controlled as a whole and 1 of them is controlled independently. workpiece fixture is manual moved by hand wheel. Carraige has locking device.
Workpiece fixture is made by casting iron(HT200).
7) Lubrication: workpiece fixture and Boring bar supporter are manual lubrication, boring box carriage is auto-lubrication.
8)Chip discharge pipe: There is a hollow hole on headframe, chips will be discharged through this hollow hole to chip conveyor. cooling oil through a filter settling back into the main tank, recycle.
9) Electrical control system,
1, Siemens CNC 808D control, consist of electrical cabinet, AC servo drive device,etc. There is digital display to show spindle speed ,feed speed and coolant volume and pressure.
2 Schneider or Siemens brand electrical parts.
