TLB2-11ROTATING SOOTBLOWER is mainly applied to clean ash deposit on the heating surface of tubes such as flue and economizer located at low gas temperature zone. The lance tube of TLB2-11ROTATING SOOTBLOWER is placed in furnace for long term and cleaning the ash deposit while rotating. The blowing angle is controlled by cam and blowing circles controlled by control box. The nozzles must aim at the gap of boiler tubes. Before blowing, the nozzles usually are downward. The material of lance tube is determined by gas temperature of soot blowing area.

the TLB2-11 Sootblowr is designed for cleaning while rotating. The drive unit supplies motivation for he blowing rotation and cam controls angle of blowing and the control box regulates the number of blowing revolutions. A pre-cut cam located at the rear of the drive gear that is rotated clockwise actuates the trigger and opens the blowing medium valve to supply blowing medium for elements. The blowing medium valve is a major part of the blower, which a disc is mounting inside the valve o adjust pressure at nozzles as per actual requirements. The multi-nozzled element is so positioned with respect to the boiler tubes that each nozzle is directed down a specific tube lane as the element is rotated through its blowing cycle. The elements are furnished in several different materials depending on boiler temperature and ocations. The blower valves are furnished in several different materials depending on different pressure-temperature applications.
