Features
AY-722 is mainly composed of a variety of complexing agents, dispersants, film-forming agents and surfactants. The unshared electron pairs of oxygen atoms in the organic complex chemically adsorb with metal ions such as iron and calcium or iron atoms with partial positive charge to form coordination bonds. Finally, a layer of insoluble chelating film is formed to cover the surface of carbon steel and other metals, This kind of membrane nozzle is large and can isolate the metal from the corrosive medium in water, so as to inhibit the corrosion.
AY-722 is mainly used for pre coating of heat exchanger equipment and pipes after start-up of new circulating cooling water system or system maintenance, so as to form a protective film on the metal surface and prevent corrosion of carbon steel, copper alloy, stainless steel and other materials during operation.
1.It has the characteristics of fast film forming, uniform film quality, good chemical stability and low corrosion rate.
2.It has strong adaptability to water quality and is not disturbed by harmful ions such as copper and iron in water.
3.It can insulate the metal from the corrosive medium in water, so as to inhibit the corrosion.
4.It is mainly used for pre filming of heat exchange gas equipment and pipes after start-up of new circulating cooling water system or system maintenance.
Application
Usage method
1. The concentration of AY-722 high efficiency membrane preparation was 1000mg/l;
2. The pre film time was 12-24 hours in cold state and 8-16 hours in hot state;
3. The results showed that the calcium ion in water was not less than 50mg/l and the pH was 6-8.
Packaging and storage
1. Packed in plastic barrels, 25kg / barrel;
2. Physical and chemical properties are stable, stored in a cool place, the storage period is 1 year.
Safety and protection
AY-722 is neutral. Pay attention to labor protection during operation. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Rinse with plenty of water after contact.
