TB6600 42/57/86 stepper motor driver 32 Subdivision upgrade 4A 40VDC
Features: this driver is an upgraded version of the TB6600. The subdivision is increased to 32 subdivision, which is suitable for
high subdivision.
Suitable for stepping motor: 42-phase, 47-phase and 86-phase (4-wire, 6-wire and 8-wire)
1. 9v-42v dc power supply;
2, H bridge bipolar constant phase current drive;
3. Eight output currents up to 4.0a are optional;
4. Six subdivision modes with maximum 32 subdivision are available;
5. High-speed photoelectric isolation of input signals;
6. Standard common-positive single-pulse interface;
7. Offline maintenance function;
8. Semi-enclosed housing can adapt to more stringent environment;
9. Provide energy-saving semi-automatic current locking function;
10. Built-in temperature protection and overcurrent protection.

Definition of terminal:
Signal input end
(1) : pulse signal input terminal.
The CP- : pulse signal input negative end.
(3) DIR+ : motor positive, reverse control positive end.
(4) of DIR- : motor positive, reverse control negative end.
It shall be set on the positive end of the offline control of the motor.
• EN- : negative side of motor offline control.
Motor winding connection:
(1) A+ : connect the motor winding A+ phase
The A- : connect the motor winding A- phase.
(3) B+ : connect the motor winding B+ phase.
(B-) connect the motor windings of B- phase.
Working voltage connection:
(note: 10V < VCC < 42V).
The GND: dc power is negative.
Optical coupler isolation connection at signal input end:
The input signal interface has two kinds of connection methods: the user may adopt the common anode connection method or the
common cathode connection method according to the need.
1. Common anode connection: connect CP+, DIR+ and EN+ to the power supply of the control system respectively. If the power supply
is +5V, it can be directly connected.Pulse input signal through CP- access;At this point, DIR- EN- is effective at low levels.
2. Common cathode connection: connect CP-, DIR-, EN- to the ground side of the control system (SGND, isolated from the power
supply);Pulse input signal of +5V is added through CP+;At this point, DIR+, EN+ is valid at the high level.The connection value of
the current-limiting resistor R is the same as that of the common anode connection.
Note: EN end may not be connected. When EN is in effect, the motor rotor is in free state (offline state). At this time, the motor
shaft can be manually turned to make the adjustment suitable for you.After manual adjustment, set EN to invalid state to continue
automatic control.
