CRYOGENIC TANKS

Storage tank is for liquefied gas under pressure, at cryogenic temperatures, for products, such as LNG, N2, O2, Ar, CO2.

They consist of two vessels, one inside the other, with robust thermal insulation in the chamber between them. They are built in
both a vertical (with legs or skirting ) and horizontal version(with support cradles and anchoring to the ground).

According to ASME, GB150, GB18442 standards.

Inner pressure vessel

A vessel usually made of austenitic stainless steel or other materials that have favorable strength characteristics when exposed to cryogenic temperatures.

Insulation

Heat insulation is provided by a filling in the chamber between the two vessels using insulating material and a high vacuum. It includes absorbent material for greater vacuum stability. The effective thermal insulation minimizes product losses and enables lengthy storage times of low temperature liquefied gases.

Outer vessel

A vessel made of carbon steel or stainless steel. Under normal operating conditions, this vessel retains the insulation around the inner pressure vessel, and can also maintain a vacuum around the inner vessel. Typically, the outer vessel is not exposed to cryogenic temperature.

Products Description

ISO tank containers are specially designed for transporting cryogenic liquids such as: liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid argon, liquefied natural gas, liquid carbon dioxide, and nitrous oxide. They are suitable for shipping containers worldwide by sea, rail, and road. Product specifications are ISO 20 feet and ISO 40 feet, using high vacuum multilayer winding insulation.

With the widespread use of LNG in recent years, the use of tank containers in the LNG industry is also booming. Compared with traditional LNG carriers and natural gas pipelines, tank containers have the characteristics of convenient transportation, small investment, short investment period, and low maintenance cost. More and more customers have chosen to use ISO tank containers to transport LNG.

The use of ISO tank containers to transport LNG can directly rely on the existing container transportation network to achieve a mode of intermodal transportation between roads, railways and water transport. After unloading, the tank containers are directly delivered to the customer terminal site for use. Out of the advantages of fast and efficient, especially in areas where reception facilities are lacking, tank container transportation has become the only choice for LNG supply.

The advanced design structure and manufacturing process, coupled with our company's elaborate production, make the LNG storage time longer, at least 94 days. 4.20 feet (volume 19.8m3) has two products of medium pressure 16bar, high pressure 22bar. 5.40 feet volume has 41.5m3, pressure 11.5bar, end valve design, suitable for end operation place. 6.40 feet volume 45m3, pressure 11.5bar, side valve design, suitable for side operation places. 7. You can choose a full-frame structure around to avoid bumping and damage to the tank during lifting and transportation. 8. Can choose frameless light container structure. 9. You can choose high-end products whose outer container is made of stainless steel.

Security Settings
