CY-1600X-MW-M is a 2.45Ghz microwave heated tube furnace with vacuum pump and two channels gas flow system, which can rapidly heat the sample upto 1600oC at the 100oC/min rate. It is suitable for calcining and sintering magnetic or oxide electronic materials under controlled atmosphere, and also can modify into a micromove-plasma CVD system with suitable inert gas and vacuum pressure.
