The Thermal Vacuum Forming Process
- Clamping The clamp frame ensures the plastic sheet is held firmly in place during the vacuum forming process.
- Heating Radiant heaters are used to heat the sheet which has been positioned over the aperture of the vacuum forming machine. Thicker sheets may require both surfaces be be heated by moving heaters into position both above and below the sheet.
- Pre-stretch Is used to achieve "even" wall thickness. Air is introduced to blow a small "bubble" and the mold is then raised into the pre-stretched sheet.
- Vacuum Forming A vacuum is applied, the sheet is drawn into tight contact with the mold and the mold detail is picked up.
- Plug Assist Where a deep draw is required, a top "plug" may be used to push material into the mold during the vacuum forming process retaining even wall thickness.
- Cooling and Release The material is allowed to cool. The cooling process may be shortened with blown air and the molding is then released from the mold by introducing air pressure.
- Finishing After the part is vacuum formed, secondary services are performed, including: trimming, cutting, drilling, assembling, polishing, painting, and screening.

4.Polycarbonate (for high impact)
5.HIPS (for sanitary applications)
6.Speciality materials meeting fire, smoke and toxicity regulations.
1) Clients send inquiry to us & provide 3D or 2d pdf or sufficient information (length x width x thickness, quantity, material, colors etc.
2) We offer quotation in time
3) Once price confired, we prepare PI or contract
4) After PI & contract confirmed, client transfer 50% deposit to us. We as factory, prepare for tooling & mold
5) We release tooling & mold after deposit received
6) We produce samples & send to client for confirmation
7) We arrange mass production after samples approved. If any modification or change asked by clients, we will modify mold & re-make samples and send to client for approval again till confrimation.
8) Packing & delivery preparation. On the other hand clients transfer balance 50% payment.
9) On-time delivery after balance payment received.
10) B/L & other related documents send to clients once available
