The results of this clinical trial show that the AH-600 ultrasonic scalpel system and the GEN300 ultrasonic scalpel system
produced by Johnson & Johnson in the United States have no significant difference in the cutting effect and hemostatic effect of
adipose tissue and connective tissue. The two are held and operated in the handle. There was no significant difference in comfort
and convenience. There was no significant difference in operation time, bleeding volume, drainage volume and drainage properties
between the two groups. No serious adverse events occurred. This indicates that the AH-600 ultrasonic scalpel system is effective
in tissue cutting and hemostasis. The ease of operation has reached the international level of similar products, and it is safe
and effective for cutting fat and connective tissue and hemostasis in laparoscopic surgery.
