Surface PE protective film LPDE coating machine

Production process of this Surface PE protective film LPDE coating machine: 

1. set the PE film on the raw material shaft.
2. print on the film(or you don't print).
3. glue the film.
4. dry the glue through the oven.
Finally, rewind and slit the film into small tapes or make the film into a jumbo roll.

Coating:

The comma balde is made by ourself, the accuracy is acculated by mircon. The thickness of the adhesive can be adjusted by the two meters.

Printing:

1-2 two colors inbuilt gravure printing. The dryer can dry the ink quickly.

Rewinding and Slitting machine:

We need to use rewinding machine to get a small jumbo roll, then use the slitting machine to get the smaller PE tape

Drying oven:

using inbuilt water tank heated by electricity, furnished with 8 auto lifting doors, easy clean and check, two fan working together to ciculate the air to dry the glue quickly, two moisture drawer to get rid of the extra mositure.
