Q1: Are you a factory or a trading company?
A1: We are the manufacturer and we own factroies in Hanchuan City of Hubei Province.
Q2: Can you supply a sample?
A2: Yes, we can supply samples, samples are FREE of charge, but the freight of sample is covered by a customer.
Q3: What product do you supply?
A3: We supply 100% spun polyester yarn, polyester sewing thread and poly poly core yarn.
Q4: What about the payment terms?
A4: Our payment terms are T/T, L/C. But it can be negotiated.
Q5: Can I get any discount?
A5: The price depends on quantity, we can offer you discount according to your order quantity. If you are buying in bulk for an occasion, we can only offer you the wholesale price. We also have promotions several times a year.
Q6: How much are the shipping costs?
A6: Shipping cost is charged according to the weight of package and related to the shipping methods and your destination.
Q7: What is our MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
A7: MOQ differs according to the different products. If you order more products at a time, we will offer you more favorable price.
Q8: What about the shipping?
