Q1.:How do you pack the goods?
A1:We have three kinds of packing: export cartons, domestic wooden frames and export wooden boxes. The prices are also different, cartons are the cheapest. Export wooden boxes are the most expensive but the safety factor is also the highest, which can avoid friction and collision between goods to the maximum extent. Because it is a fumigant-free board, consumables are expensive, so the price is also the highest.
Q2.:Do you support customization?
A2:We support customization and have strict requirements from drawing design to production. We can not only make regular sizes, but also make drawing references and give suggestions according to your required dimensions. Color can also provide reference. Woodwork can choose the pattern of the board and iron products can choose color.
Q3.:Do you have your own factory?
A3:Yes, we are a factory with 13 years of production experience in the industry. The factory covers an area of more than 40,000 square meters and is located in Wangzhuang Town, Changshu, Suzhou, Jiangsu Province, near Shanghai Port with convenient transportation. With more than 300 employees and our own technical team, this is also one of our competitive advantages in terms of price, delivery and quality.
Q4:Can you make out invoices?
A4:According to the normal process, we can issue special invoices and general invoices. The special invoice should provide the tax identification number, unit name, bank of deposit and account number; the ordinary invoice should provide the tax identification number and unit name. When quoting, it is stated that the quotation includes tax. After the full payment is required, there are 8 tax points for domestic invoicing and 13 tax points for foreign invoicing.
Q5.:Are your products in stock? If not, how long is the production cycle?
A5:For large products such as the checkout counters, we usually don't have them in stock. They are customized according to customer orders. According to the actual order and production situation of the factory, they can be completed within 15 days within ten sets. Do you think the time is acceptable to you? Q6.:If there is a quality problem after the purchase, how do you deal with it?
A6:Sir / madam, if there is a quality problem with your product within 15 days, you can contact us by phone or email as soon as possible to explain the details of the product problem. We will check and provide you with a specific solution according to the actual situation. If the damage caused by man-made improper use, we are not responsible, I hope you understand. A7:We can provide automatic doors. We are a business equipment company, we can provide the basic equipments in the supermarket. Just tell me the size you need. I can send you some styles, or you can send me your favorite styles, and we also support customization.
