Prices are dependent upon many variables such as: Size, Quantity, Illumination area, Animation Complexity Therefore, once we provide the client with an animation and have full details of the project, we will be able to provide an accurate cost based on the specific customer requirements, together with the delivery lead times.
Label design artwork should provided, if you don't have the animation, our designer could make you an animation by our idea or according to client's request. A “high resolution” artwork file of (at least 300dpi- sized correctly to your finish signage size) is required to be sent to us when you fill out the order form. After we receive your order form, we will check whether the “high resolution” file is good enough for printing and then send our customer an invoice.
We have dozens of inverter mould which are suitable for different kinds of label bottle such as Champagne bottle, VODKA bottle, Gin bottle, no matter it have the hole shape under it or just a flat base bottle, no matter 75cl or 15L bottle, we can find the matching one to make the products.
If we do not have the matching one, a sample bottle is needed or you can give us an 3D file of the bottle bottom shape,we can use it to make the mould when you confirm the order.
Lead-time:Usually we need two or three weeks to produce your order, and one to two weeks for shipment. The lead times are determined by the quantity and the shipping method used,
Note: tooling cost: there is a tooling cost for sample and small quantity orders, this cost is determined by the size of the signage. Future bulk order for the same design same size will not be charged any tooling cost.
