Product Description

 

The Solar Module Tester equipment is specially used in the filtration of solar energy mono-crystalline silicon and the poly-crystalline silicon cell pieces. Through stimulates the solar spectrum lamp-house,carries on the testing and surveys to the cell module related electrical parameter,according to the measurement result classifies the cell piece.

 

Solar Panel Flash Tester has unique apparatus of modifying,to input the compensate parameter,it will carries on automatically/manual temperature compensation and compensate with the light intensity,and automatically measures and modifies the temperature. Based on the Windows operation surface,and humanized-design testing software,it records and displays test curve(I-V curve,P curve) and the test parameter(Voc, Isc,Pm,Im,FF,EFF), the test of sequence number is automatically produced and preserved to the assigned folder.

Technical Features

1, This solar cell module tester adopts the horizontal box and downward irradiation optical designs, suitable for the electrical performance of PV modules intermediate testing and final inspection;

 

2, Pulsed Xenon lamp imported from Germany. Special optical filter components to ensure the correct of testing light spectrum for long lifetime;

 

3, The PV Module Testing System equipment displays good performance with the constant light intensity in the test interval to ensure true and reliable test data. Strobe pulse width rang 0 ~ 100 ms continuously adjustable, min step 1ms, adapt to different solar cell module measurements;

 

4, Digital controlling interface to ensure test accuracy, hardware technical parameters programmable. Equipment commissioning and maintenance is highly simplified;

 

5, Adopt 2M×4 channels high-speed synchronous capture card, displaying more details with test curves, actually reflecting the conditions of tested module;

 

6, Use of infrared temperature measurement, truely reflecting the temperature changes of solar modules as well as automatically temperature compensation.

 

7, Automatic control to check the real-time working conditions of the solar modules and main circuit units throughout the test interval, and provides hardware / software protection to ensure reliable operation of the device;

 

8, The unique number counting function with flashes is viable for our panel module Test .

3,Quality Control
1) Configuration Confirmation before manufacture: During the communication process with customers, our sales engineers would like to confirm the configuration according to customers' requirements one by one, and keep smooth negotiation with our R&D Department to supply customers the best solutions for solar module teser. After confirmation, our R&D Department will provide the Solar Panel Flash Tester Equipment production drawings to our Production line for manufacture.

 

 

 

2) Quality Control During manufacture: Subjected to the Equipemt production drawings supplied by R&D Department, our Production line will strictly arrange the raw material BOM sheet and do spare parts processing and assembling, on the meanwhile, they would keep Sales Department and R&D department noticed with newest production feedback. Every procss of production is finished by skilled worker, and is under responsibility by special Inspecation workers to set up complete Traceability system. After production, our professional engineers will do debugging to each Solar module testing machine to ensure that the performance and running condition is stable enough to satisfy customers' requirements.

 

 

 

3) After debugging, our QC Department,which is fully independent from our Production line will check the equipment conditions with appearance, configuration, running performance, and submit the QC Inspection Report. Every equipment will be born with exclusive serial number for future tracking and maintenance record.

 

4,After Sales Service
1) We supply at least one year warranty for all of our solar module tester equipment(except consumption parts), and provide lifelong After sales and consultant service for all of our customers.

 

2) Installation and Debugging: We supply free installation and debugging service for our customers, as well as full sets Operation Mannual for guiding. To save customers' cost, generally we suggest the Internet Remote training and debugging of parameter settings. Meanwhile, we welcome that customers can come to our company for face-to-face training. And on basis that customers supply the accommodation and tickets fees, we can also send our professional engineers to customers' workshop for installation and training.
