VCI-702 Aluminium Brightener
VCI-702 Aluminium Brightener is composed of compound organic acids, high quality corrosion inhibitors, various high quality surface active factors, permeants, deionized water, etc.
- Application
It is suitable for removing the surface oxide layer, rust, mildew, mild oil contamination of the various aluminum, alloy and other metals.
- Main performance
1. Can permeate the rusty scale in a short time,causes the rust layer to peel quickly from the metal, fast derusting speed, high efficiency.
2. Non-ignitable, not contain poisonous and harmful substances, can be used at room temperature or heating.
3. With excellent metal protectant, no corrosion will occur to the aluminum body, will not cause internal qualitative change.
4. After treatment,the surface of the aluminum will be smooth, bright, invariant color. ( Type B products are used for casting aluminum alloy cleaning.)

- Usage
1. Cleaning method: can be soaked ( bubbling or shaking can be added), sonicleaning, hand wash and other methods.
2. Cleaning concentration: dilute with water to 3~5 times as needed.
3. Cleaning temperature: can be used at room temperature, but the best effect is under the temperature of 50 ~ 60℃.
4. Cleaning time: 1~5 minutes.
Rinse with water, then blow dry and kiln dry. Packing and storage reasonable.
- Matters need attention
1. The following cleaning process is recommended if the aluminum material has heavy oil stains and requires a long time without oxidation: oil removing —→ rust removing —→washing—→anti-oxidation—→blow dry and kiln dry.
2. When cleaning, the cleaning workpiece should be placed correctly and reasonably, and avoid overlapping. According to the cleaning situation, the cleaning agent stock solution should be added regularly and moderately. If the cleaning capacity can not meet the cleaning requirements after replenishment, it can be discarded and replaced with a new liquid. Under normal circumstances, the cleaning agent service cycle for 3-7 days.
3. Should avoid prolonged contact with the skin, prevent the skin from being defatted, and make skin dry and rough. Prevent eating and splashing into eye.
- Wastewater treatment
It doesn't have any impact on the environment. The waste water after treatment can be directly discharged into industrial pipelines.
