1) The epuitment  warranty for 1 year

    Attention:

a) The following parts are not covered under the warranty, printhead, consumable spare parts( wiper, damper, sheet capping, head assembly, pump, CISS)

b) Buyer must use the ink from Sailai company during the warranty, or Sailai won't provide the equipment warranty anymore.

2) After the warranty expires, if the equipment have any  equipmen damage, malfunction, renewals, etc and buyer repuire Sailai the provide services, then, buyer should pay the serviceable parts cost and the travel expenses.

3) The following situations are not included in the warranty

    a)Under abnormal operation and damage caused by the nature disater

    b)Man-made damage

    c) The damage causede by the consumable parts(such as: ink ) which are not buy from Sailai

Q:Are you a manufacture?

A:Yes, we have our own factory and have worked in this industry for more than 10 years, with many years of experience.

Q:What about the warranty?

A:Our factory provide one year warranty: any parts (except print head,ink pump and ink cartridges) questions on normal use, will provide new ones within one year(not include shipping cost). Beyond one year, only charge at cost.

Q:where can i buy the spare parts and inks?

A:Our factory also provide spare parts and inks,you can buy from our factory directly or other suppliers in your local market.

Q:If I have some technical problem, how can you help us to solve it?
