Detail description:
- Self aligning welding rotator is composed by power rotator, idler rotator, control box & remote controller.
- Cradle structure at both end of the pedestal is able to open automatically under pressing of the work piece
- Polyurethane coated forged steel core wheel, increasing rotating moment & protect the work piece surface.
- The power rotator is driven by motor via gearbox transmission. Strong driving torque with stable transmission.
- Motorized trolley under power rotator pedestal, idler trolley under idler rotator pedestal.
