Insurance
All order are insured by the Freight Company or DHL to protect the goods from loss or damages, at no additional charge. Once the product was broken from our factory to your sides, we would send you a new one for free.

2. If my goods is broken when I get it, what should I do?

    A: There exist two situation in the transport process. One is that the packing and goods are both broken, the other is the packing is okay but goods is broken. The former is our responsibility and the latter is logistic company's responsibility. We promise: no matter whose responsibility it is, as long as the goods is broken, we will try our best to send you a new one in shortest time freely.

3. How to install the sculpture?

    A: We provide the very detailed installation drawings for you, and each parts have the only number corresponding with the drawings. We also equip with professional installation personnel if you need.

4. How to start the cooperation?

    A:We will confirm the design, size and material firstly, then decide the price, and make the contract,and then pay the deposit. We will start carving the product.
