1. What is the chain made of?

It can be made in Stainless steel.

2. How long dose the gold color last?

We do electro plating with ecoating covered. The gold color can last for more than 2 years without tarnishing.

3. Are the cz glued on the chain? Will they fall?

Nope, they are not glued. All the cz stones are prong setting. They won't fall!

4. Can I mix colors or sizes in the order?

Yes, mixed orders are acceptable.

5. Can my logo be engraved on the chain?

Yes, we provide free engraving service.

6. If quality problems happen, what should I do?

You can get back to us for reparing, replacement or refund. We have lifetime warranty for our products.
