A: If you need sample, we can make it as per your request. Sample Charge according to product details.
If it is our regular product in stock, sample is free and you just pay freight cost. Q: Can you do design for us ? A: OEM & ODM service is available. We can design product and package based on customer’s requirement. Q:What kind of design files do you accept for printing? A: JPG/PNG/AI/PDF file. Q:How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive? A: We usually ship by DHL/TNT/FedEx and UPS express. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive.
