Order process:
-Samples check(1-3days): First I will send you some samples for you to check to approve the quality, please send me the address as soon as possible.
-Delivery time: A: For stock without logo printing, in 7 days after full payment received
B: For Stock with logo Printing, in 15 days after full payment received.
-Shipping :(Courier: 2-5 days; Air: 2 weeks; Sea: 4-6 weeks)
Q1:Is it possible to have some samples?
A1:Sure, we can support samples to let you check to approve our quality, you just pay the shipping fee.
Q2: How do we check the colors?
A2: You can support pantone color number to us or you send actual color samples to us. We can adjust color according to your requirements.
Q3: May I have some real samples check before shipping?
A3: Definitely. We are confident of our products and we would like to send you some samples to check.
Q4:How do I pay? Can I pay by pay pal?
A4: 1) All methods of payment are accepted here with P-Lan Pack. However we prefer T/T if you can do this. Pay Pal is no problem, as you are aware of Pay Pal charges a high handling charge, if you would like to take all the expenses on your end we are happy to do that.
2) We recommend you to go with Trade Assurance, If you are still have some concerning.
Q5: I don't have much experience with international importing, how can you help?
A5: We have different logistics partner from different countries, once we completed your goods, your local shipping company will contact you with our instruction. Don't need to worry about that.
