The single screw pump belongs to the rotor type positive displacement pump, which relies on the mutual engagement of the screw and the bush to produce a volume change in the suction chamber and the discharge chamber to convey the liquid. It is a closed screw pump with internal meshing. The main working parts consist of a bush (stator) with a double-headed spiral cavity and a single-head spiral screw (rotor) meshed with it in the stator cavity. When the input shaft drives the rotor to rotate around the center of the stator through a universal joint, the stator-rotor pair continuously meshes to form sealed cavities, and the volume of these sealed cavities does constant axial movement at a constant speed, transporting the transport medium from the suction end through the stator — The rotor pair is transported to the extrusion end, and the medium sucked into the closed cavity flows through the stator without being agitated and destroyed.
